Demirhan Yenigun

Ph.D. - CEO & President

Demirhan Yenigun has 30 years of leadership, strategic thinking and accomplishments in implementing analytical solutions for Fortune 500 companies helping them to enhance their marketing and sales efforts.

Demirhan is currently the CEO of Metrica Group. At the same time Demirhan is the Industry Advisor and Adjunct Professor of Data Analytics and Data Mining at Decision Sciences Department of GWU Business School. Demirhan also serves as the CEO of DomainGo a specialized web based data mining company.

Burak Tansug

Vice President - Analytical Services

Burak Tansug - Burak brings with him 20 years of Data Analytics and Project Management experience in different disciplines such as Digital Analytics, Data Visualization, Descriptive Analytics, Database Marketing.

Prior to Metrica, Burak worked in Healthcare Analytics field at Vree Health, a subsidiary of Merck & Co. where he led the system and data integration efforts of Vree's clients into Vree platform, as well as building the organization's analytics capabilities. Burak has an MBA from University of Hartford, CT and a BS in Chemistry from University of Bosphorus, Istanbul, Turkey.

Alper Ozocak

Vice President - Client Services & Operations

Alper has 25+ years of work experience concentrated around delivering data warehousing and analytics projects. He has worked in IT consulting area, in companies such as Macrosoft, Oracle and Experian, leading professional services teams for many years. He has also worked in several banks in project manager and team manager roles, having the opportunity to experience both client and service side of information and business consulting practice.

Alper has initiated, implemented, directed and delivered many projects especially in telecommunications and finance area, focusing on data warehousing and reporting as well as credit risk, profitability, and budgeting

Alper has an M.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University - New Jersey. His B.S. degree is in Electronics Engineering from overseas.

Principal Advisor

Dr. Ron Mueller is CEO of Macrosoft, Inc. Ron founded Macrosoft in 1993 after 20 years of performing advanced design and development for companies including Argonne National Laboratories, Bell Labs, and AT&T.

Ron is familiar with all aspects of the software industry including mainframe, client-server, UNIX, advanced packages and products, and is well versed in world class development principles and processes.

Ron is a technology leader with extensive technical and business experience in business process re-engineering and new systems development. Ron has his BS degree from Fordham University and his Ph D in physics from New York University.

Dr. Srinivas Y. Prasad

Principal Advisor

Dr. Srinivas Prasad is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Sciences at the School of Business, The George Washington University. His primary research interests are in developing data and model driven decision tools in a cross-section of problem domains, guided by the theme of "Better Decisions through Better Models".

His work has been published in journals such as Management Science, Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis, and International Journal of Production Research. He has taught courses at the under-graduate, graduate, and doctoral levels, as well as in the executive MBA program at GWU. Srinivas has an M.S and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
